Thirty to fifty percent down with balance to be paid in 3 years @ 8%APR interest. Five yeard term may be availalbe upon approved credit. Block 1 Financing requires 50% down with a 1 year term.

Cash purchases for lots on Blocks 2,3,4&5 quality for a 10% purchase discount. IAlso, Diamante Residencial has obtained their F4 permit meaning owners can begin building immediately as the utilities are already in place.
